Paul's letter to the Romans is an inspired masterpiece of doctrine highlighting God's grace, truth, and redemption. Within its pages, the apostle shares his message of good news and eternal salvation with the church, advises believers on theological truths, gives practical applications for living the Christian life, and shows how God's righteousness comes by grace alone through faith in Christ. The book of Romans underscores that Christianity is far more than just a doctrine--it is an essential road map for daily living.

Our teens come from all around Sidney, Anna, Houston and other areas. We are able to minister to them with teaching, fellowship, games and activities that all have a purpose in explaining the message of forgiveness, love and redemption of Jesus.
Our youth ministry is not merely an extension of the church; it is a means to let our young people see they are currently part of the church family. We do this by having weekly Wednesday night meetings, outings and service projects.
We offer a Sunday School class on Sunday mornings at 9:30 AM taught by Chris Duncan. We are currently going through a book study of "Behold Your God: Rethinking God Biblically".

Both classes meet in the very casual setting of sofas and chairs, lovingly referred to as the "youth lounge" in the church basement.
The Gospel Project for Sr./Jr. High Students is a Christ-centered, chronological study that will take your students on a journey through the storyline of Scripture, from Genesis to Revelation. Along the way, students will discover the big picture of what God has been doing throughout redemptive history, and what it means for them.
Classes are held on Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 8:15 PM in the downstairs Youth Room.
Children's ministry for all ages is provided weekly. Kids church, Mini-church, Nursery & Girls Ministry are all part of Cornerstone's ministry to the family. Sunday School classes are available for children for ages 4 to 6th grade.
The Gospel Project® for Kids immerses kids and preschoolers in the gospel through every story, theological concept, and call to mission from Genesis to Revelation. Ultimately, the gospel message changes everything; heart transformation can only take place when a child experiences the gospel. Through The Gospel Project® for Kids, kids and preschoolers will understand the Bible is not just a collection of stories, but one unified story—God’s story of redemption.
